80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay

12% ABV, RS 4.0 g/l, TA 9.1 g/l

Tasting note: Pale lemon, bright appearance. The nose shows excellent definition of green apple, lemon and seville marmalade aromas which develop into richer peach, apricot and pastry flavours on the palate. The mouthfeel is broad and generous, balanced with fine bubbles and a poised acidity. 2017 is an approachable vintage with good potential for ageing.
